AERIALISTS

Aerialists meld their ferociously creative harmonic sensibilities and deep love of folk traditions into a post-rock-tinged prog/trad sound. Drawing from the wells of Nordic and Gaelic music while adding expansive modernist textures, this transatlantic quintet takes audiences on “a deep listening and thought-provoking journey, chock full of high-end musicianship”(Exclaim!).

MOONDLE

Magic realism meets jazz-inflected indie pop: inspired by the writings of Jorge Luis Borges, Vancouver’s Moondle navigates dreamy sonic labyrinths, enchanting libraries of real and made-up languages, and lush, imaginative musical interplay. At turns wistful and transcendent, Moondle opens the mind and uplifts the soul. Emma Postl vocals, Thomas Hoeller guitar, Cary Campbell guitar, Eli Davidovici bass, Mili Hong drums.
